Herbicides are grouped by: time of use (treatment, planting, sowing): preplant incorporated herbicides, pre-emergent herbicides, and post-emergent herbicides; type of application: soil-applied and foliar herbicides; scope of action: total (non-selective) and selective herbicides; mode of action: systemic or contact herbicides. Note! Observe the recommended doses, use herbicides in early stage of plant growth, and spray them under proper weather conditions in order to avoid damage to the cultivated crops.
