Venla is a thin, 4 ply yarn with an excellent stitch definition, which makes it a perfect choice for even the most intricate Fair Isle patterns.. Venla is ideal for socks, shawls, lacework, or any knitwear patterns written for 4 ply yarns. Women’s top sized M requires approx. 400 g of yarn and one ball is enough for a pair of men’s basic socks. Venla is a blend of 75% wool and 25% polyamide. The products can be machine-washed at 40 degrees. Recommended needle size 2½–3, for socks 2½. 100 g ball has 420 metres of yarn. Made in Finland.
