Antero Resources Corporation is an independent oil and natural gas company engaged in the exploration, development, and production of natural gas, NGLs, and oil properties located in the Appalachian Basin. Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, we are focused on creating value through the development of our large portfolio of repeatable, low cost, liquids-rich drilling opportunities in two of the premier North American shale plays, the Marcellus and the Utica shales. Antero currently holds over 542,000 net acres in the southwestern core of the Marcellus and Utica Shales and has 19.0 Tcfe of net proved reserves. In the fourth quarter of 2019, Antero’s combined production from the Marcellus and Utica Shales totaled 3.2 Bcfe/d, including 160,000 barrels per day of natural gas liquids and 12,000 barrels per day of oil. In addition, Antero Resources owns a 29% interest in Antero Midstream, which owns and operates gathering pipelines, compression, processing, fractionation and water handling and treatment assets.
